SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Products may be available exclusively online and are subject to return in accordance with our 100-day return guarantee (see Section 6) and your statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 7). We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your device’s display.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to specific persons, regions, or jurisdictions and to limit quantities per order.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS (VOLDT® 100-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE)
6.1 In addition to, and without limiting, your statutory right of withdrawal set out in Section 7, Voldt® offers all consumers a voluntary 100-day return guarantee.

6.2 You may register a return of any product purchased in our online store within 100 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the product. To register a return, complete the return form at voldt.eu/pages/free-return or e-mail info@voldt.com stating your order number. You will receive a prepaid return label by e-mail within one working day.

6.3 Return shipping under this guarantee is free of charge when you use the return label we provide. If you return the product in another way, the costs of return shipping are for your account.

6.4 Products returned under this guarantee must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or, at our discretion, refunded at a reduced amount reflecting their condition. These conditions apply only to this voluntary guarantee and never limit your statutory rights under Section 7.

6.5 The return must be shipped within 14 days after you have registered it.

6.6 We will refund the purchase price of the returned product, using the same means of payment you used for the original purchase, within 3 working days after we have received the product. Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned.

6.7 This guarantee applies to consumers only. Business customers, including dealers and resellers, are not entitled to return products under this guarantee unless agreed otherwise in writing.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Voldt B.V., Haarbos 16, 3953 HA Maarsbergen, the Netherlands, +31 33 720 0195, info@voldt.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex A, but it is not obligatory. You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form, or any other unequivocal statement, electronically via voldt.eu/pages/free-return. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, without delay.

7.3 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

7.4 Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7.5 You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods; you will receive a prepaid return label from us.

7.6 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7.7 Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the contracts listed in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and applies to consumers only, not to business customers.

SECTION 8 - WARRANTY
A three-year limited warranty applies to all charging cables. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the applicable consumer law. To make a warranty claim, contact info@voldt.com.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers. You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and account information.

- Use of charging cables: Voldt® is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect usage, improper installation, or third-party accessories used in combination with our products.
- No liability for indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
- No warranty on uninterrupted service: We do not guarantee that your use of our website or service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

SECTION 12 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Voldt® harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of our products or website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. If you fail to comply with any term, we may terminate your access immediately.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms, and any contract concluded under them, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in another country of the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the competent court of your country of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you only in that country.
- If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@voldt.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days and to resolve them together with you.
- Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
