Tesla mobile charger works, but the wallbox does not
A wallbox is certainly a convenient and faster charging system for Tesla than a standard home outlet. But if it doesn't work, it can cause inconvenience and frustration. Some Teslas charge regularly with portable chargers without any problems, while charging with a home wallbox consistently fails. This doesn't mean the car isn't charging on AC power; on the contrary, if the portable charger works, it's because the vehicle can receive 220 Volt AC power. It would be worth trying a different wallbox and isolating the issue at home. Only then can you determine if the home wallbox is working. A software update is usually sufficient to resolve the issue. In any case, it's helpful to compare the charging configurations between portable chargers and home wallboxes to identify any differences and thus be able to compare the two profiles.
